  1. Owner dashboard and clinic insight charts

    • New charts across Insights and the admin dashboard, with live tooltips and keyboard navigation.
    • Clinical Insights now shows collections, how patients pay, busiest hours and top treatments at a glance.
    • A world map view for clinics with more than one branch or location.

  2. Documents, taxes and languages for international clinics

    • Bills, prescriptions, chart reports and treatment plans redesigned, with a verifiable QR code on every document.
    • Documents now print fully in the patient's own language, including right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu.
    • Currencies display the way they're written locally, and Saudi bills include the ZATCA QR code.
    • Tax categories can now be set per treatment and per bill line.

  3. Sign-in, sign-up and a redesigned patient list

    • New sign-in and sign-up, including Google sign-in and password reset, with a redesigned 404 page.
    • Patients list gets quick filters (owes money, lapsed, allergies, joined this month), sorting and search.
    • Bills list gets status tabs, date ranges, a collected-amount summary and WhatsApp pay links per bill.
    • Roles and permissions editor lets clinics create custom staff roles instead of only the built-in ones.
    • More Insights reports: payment methods, patient mix, amounts owed by age, and doctor-by-doctor share.

  4. A new dental chart, perio exams and lab tracking

    • Redesigned odontogram with teeth in their true positions, a focus view per tooth, and layers for dental, perio and endo findings.
    • Full perio exam per tooth: probing depth, bleeding, plaque, pus, tartar and gum margin.
    • Lab work can now be tracked on a patient, a visit and in Tasks.
    • New Supplies area to track stock on the shelf, what to order, and what's expiring.

  5. Treatment plans, prescriptions and a unified inbox

    • Treatment plans patients can review and accept over WhatsApp.
    • Prescriptions can be printed or sent over WhatsApp directly from the visit.
    • New unified inbox and a single task list across the clinic.
    • Patient import from Excel or CSV, with column matching, checks and opening balances.
    • Each clinic now gets its own online booking page and branded confirm, move or cancel links.
    • New patient portal and branded bill payment links, scoped to one clinic.

  6. Enamela launches: schedule, charts and billing in one app

    • New clinic shell with a Today board for walk-ins and the day's schedule.
    • Week and day calendar with booking and requests, redesigned patient records and dashboard.
    • One-step checkout from the schedule board, and clinic-level tax rates on bills.
    • Light, dark and system theme support across the app.
