Bring your patients from another system

Import a spreadsheet of patients so you start with your full list.

Export your patient list from your old software as an Excel or CSV file.
Open Patients → Import, or press Ctrl K and type import.
Upload the file and match its columns to name, phone, date of birth and the rest.
Check the preview and import. Patients already on file are skipped, so nobody is added twice.
