Turn reminders on in Tasks → Automatic messages. The day before each visit, patients with an email get a reminder with I'll be there and Change time buttons, and a link to fill in their medical form.
Tasks → Confirm tomorrow lists everyone who hasn't confirmed, with a WhatsApp message already written.
TipPatients who missed visits before are marked in amber on the schedule, so you can call them first.
